Steph’s Philosophy
Stephanie Watson is a health and weight loss expert with a degree in psychology, a specialization in Behavior Change, a Level 2 Master in Precision Nutrition, and a certification as a trainer under the American Council of Exercise. As the founder of Steph Watson Health, she is dedicated to helping women get lean without sacrificing their relationship with food.
With over a decade of experience working with celebrities, CEOs, moms, and everyone in between. She’s been featured for her work with Netflix, Vogue Australia, & Voyage Magazine Los Angeles.
