“I first met Stephanie Watson in October of 2018. I was working as an actress and also serving as an executive producer for a streamed television series called I-LAND, co-produced and to be distributed by Netflix. We shot this series on location in the Dominican Republic from October through December of 2018, therefore, we lived in the DR for the duration of 3 months. Because there were several specific demands on me during this shoot, I worked closely with Ms. Watson every day over the course of the three months. Not only did she serve to change my body physically, as needed for the character transformation on the show, but she also worked with me to create a detailed nutritional and supplemental plan, postural analysis, and an intense psychological support. Ms. Watson utilizes her education in psychology and multiplies it with her in-depth understanding of anatomy to become a specialist who is able to work from a physical analysis and also a psychological one. One of the things of love the most about Steph is that she really listens to you- like really. Other trainers I'd had lacked the intelligence, awareness and empathy that Steph Watson has, that is so so soooo important in a trainer! I had suffered from periods of eating disorders and over-exercising in the past, and I was desperate to find a new health approach to exercise that would finally lead me to balance - if you have had similar experiences, Steph is amazing for this- she just got me, never judged, never forced major changes on me. We just talked things out and discovered what suited me best. You really learn about how extremes in diet and exercise just don't work in the long run- it really made me face up to that, finally.

Week by week we discussed my progress on catch up facetime calls.  If I felt something wasn't working for me she would review my monthly program until I was happy and we'd found an alternative. Also nothing was ever a problem for her- she is available anytime, anywhere, she really means it! Checking in with her on a weekly basis was crucial - you may not want to because discussing this stuff can be hard-  but you come away from talking to her feeling positive, uplifted and ready to keep going. And she ALWAYS had a smile on her face, no matter how bleh I felt!”

"Before I became a client of Stephanie’s, I thought I was in good shape. I went to the gym one or two times a week as well, I played volleyball two or three times a week. I would do the same exercises time and time again thinking I was making progress.Whenever I played volleyball, I would injure my shoulder from swinging.
